Head of Logistics Transformation & Operations

An established food manufacturing group in Oman is looking to transform its distribution operations into an integrated, future-ready logistics network.

We are looking for a seasoned logistics leader to design, consolidate and lead the Group's distribution network across ambient, chilled and fresh product categories.

• Design and implement an integrated Group-wide distribution network.
• Consolidate logistics operations, warehouses, fleets and resources across businesses.
• Establish and lead a centralized, shared-services logistics function.
• Optimize warehousing, transportation, fleet utilization and last-mile delivery.
• Build e-commerce fulfilment capabilities and support new routes to market.
• Drive CAPEX/OPEX planning, technology adoption, cost efficiencies and service improvements.
• Lead the transformation and take full ownership of ongoing logistics operations.

• 15+ years in logistics, supply chain and distribution leadership.
• Proven experience in both designing/restructuring distribution networks and subsequently running them.
• Strong FMCG, food manufacturing or multi-category distribution background.
• Experience across ambient and temperature-controlled distribution.
• Demonstrated success in logistics consolidation, shared services and operational transformation.
• Strong commercial understanding of distribution economics, CAPEX/OPEX and logistics technology.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and complex change initiatives.
