An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technician
- Human Resources - Housing to join Jumeirah Muscat Bay
.

• Manage and maintain all technical systems and infrastructure within the marina, including sewage, water, electrical power systems, buildings, roads, pontoons, pedestals, lighting, pump-out systems, access gates, fire protection systems, and all related equipment.
• Ensure the proper operation and compliance of seawater circulation systems, sanitary facilities, substations, pump stations, sewage treatment systems, water tanks, parking areas, coastal zones, piers, and other prefabricated structures.
• Coordinate the disposal of hazardous waste through authorized service providers and ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
• Arrange and oversee external maintenance services for marina infrastructure that cannot be managed internally, and support the Marina Manager in preparing and controlling technical maintenance budgets.
• Inspect and ensure the functionality and compliance of all marina safety equipment and systems, while assisting the Facility Management Company and external vendors during onsite works, including the issuance of work permits.
• Monitor and analyze water and electricity consumption, ensure accurate monthly meter readings, maintain technical and project documentation, and record and report any damage to structures or systems for insurance purposes.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High school education with a relevant technical diploma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.
• Proven leadership, team management, creativity, and project management skills.
• A minimum of one year of experience working within a technical department.
