Our client in the NBFC sector is looking to hire someone for the position of Chief Transformation Officer. The Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for overseeing back‑office operations alongside leading strategic initiatives, digital and business transformation, technology integration, customer experience enhancement and marketing and branding activities. The role ensures operational excellence drive innovation and position for long term success in a competitive financial service market.
Strategy& Transformation
- Lead company‑wide strategy execution, business planning, and transformation initiatives.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives to automate process, enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery.
- Oversee technology strategy and collaboration with IT team to ensure a scalable, secure, and innovative back‑office systems.
- Manage Retail, Corporate, Collections, and Operations divisions to ensure effective execution.
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with company’s growth objectives.
- Ensure operational, financial, and regulatory risks are managed in coordination with risk and compliance teams.
- Drive customer experience strategies to improve client’s satisfaction and service effectiveness across all touchpoints.
- Build and mentor high‑performing multidisciplinary teams across Operations, Technologies, Customer Experience, and Marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
MBA or professional certifications are an advantage.
7-10 years of experience in NBFC/banking, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role specifically managing transformation.
