As the Creative Director, you will hold overall responsibility for the agency's creative product. You are a strategic thinker, a master storyteller, and an inspiring mentor. Sitting at the intersection of business strategy and design excellence, you will partner with our executive team to drive agency growth, win major pitches, and ensure that every piece of work leaving our studio sets a new benchmark for quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Department Leadership: Take full ownership of the Creative and Design Department, overseeing all creative operations, resource management, and creative workflows.
- Creative Vision: Set the creative standard for the agency. Guide the conceptual development and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, print, social, OOH, and experiential platforms.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary team of art directors, senior designers, copywriters, and motion artists. Cultivate a culture of bold thinking and continuous growth.
- Client Partnership: Act as the senior creative liaison for our most prestigious clients. Confidently lead high-stakes pitch presentations, articulating the strategic rationale behind creative directions.
- Strategic Integration: Collaborate seamlessly with the Strategy, Account Management, and Digital teams to ensure creative concepts are rooted in consumer insights and achieve client business objectives.
- Quality Control: Act as the final gatekeeper for all creative deliverables, ensuring flawless execution, brand consistency, and unparalleled aesthetic quality.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in a creative agency environment, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a Creative Director or senior creative leadership role.
- Portfolio: A world-class portfolio demonstrating a track record of leading highly successful, strategically grounded, and culturally relevant integrated campaigns.
- Leadership Acumen: Proven ability to manage, scale, and inspire a large creative department while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and persuasive skills; you must be comfortable commanding a room and selling brave ideas to C-level executives.
- Industry Expertise: Deep, hands-on understanding of art direction, copywriting, digital innovation, and modern brand building.
