The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining factory machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production. The role involves setting up machines, monitoring performance, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor machines during production to ensure proper functioning.
- Set up machinery before production runs and adjust settings as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues or breakdowns.
- Keep machines and work area clean and organized.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Record production data and report output to supervisors.
