Job Details- Title: Plant Manager
- Employment: Full Time
- Location: Oman
- Industry: Aluminum Extrusion
- Overall responsibility for Production, Maintenance & Quality.
- Setting productivity norms, Planning reduction in downtime achieving quality objectives.
- Ensuring targeted production supports sales goals.
- Introducing quality concepts norms on the shop floor.
- Initializing new products/application on the shop floor.
- Providing resources to Team PRODUCTION/Team MAINTENANCE.
- Optimizing operational costs and continuously improving process.
- Ensuring industrial harmony on the shop floor.
- Maintaining manpower balance.
- Management Representative for ISO Management Systems.
- Production Optimization.
- Cost Control (department).
- OT Control.
- Machine availability / breakdowns.
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical engineering, MBA is Plus
- 10-15 years of experience
