Operator/Technician - Plastic Blow Molding Operators

We are seeking experienced Operator/Technicians to join our team as Plastic Blow Moulding Operators. As an Operator/Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining plastic blow moulding machines to produce pharmaceutical containers that meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. Your expertise in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of plastic blow moulding processes will be essential in ensuring the production of high-quality containers.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plastic blow moulding machines to produce pharmaceutical containers according to GMP standards.
• Set up and adjust machine settings, such as temperature, pressure, and timing, to achieve the desired container specifications.
• Monitor production process to ensure proper operation and quality output.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of blow moulding machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in the production process.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, production output, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with the quality control department to conduct quality checks on the produced containers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years to 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as an Operator/Technician, specifically in plastic blow moulding operations.
• Qualifications: CEPET, ITI, or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
• Strong knowledge and experience in operating plastic blow moulding machines.
• Familiarity with GMP standards and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical container production.
• Ability to set up and adjust machine settings to achieve the desired container specifications.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in the production process.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Gratuity equivalent to one month's salary and one month's salary as vacation salary.

• Duty hours from 7 am to 5 pm or 48 hours per week, with Fridays as a full day off and Saturdays as a half day off.
