Overview
Operator/Technician - Filling & Packing Operators (Liquid Sterile Pouch/Sachets, Bottles)
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor filling and packaging equipment, including pouch/sachet filling machines, bottle filling machines, sealers, labelers, and conveyors.
- Set up and adjust machinery according to production requirements, ensuring proper sterilization and cleanliness of the equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular quality checks to verify proper filling, labeling, and overall product appearance, adhering to established guidelines and specifications.
- Collect samples and perform in-process and final product testing to ensure compliance with quality standards, including proper documentation.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with the production team, quality control, and maintenance departments to identify and resolve any production-related issues.
- Minimum 6 years to 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as an Operator/Technician.
- Solid knowledge and experience in operating and maintaining filling and packaging machinery.
- Familiarity with liquid sterile product filling and packaging processes and relevant quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and address equipment malfunctions and technical issues.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Qualification:
NCVT, Diploma or BSc or Bpharma.
- Food allowance provided.
- Gratuity equivalent to one month's salary and one month's salary as vacation salary.
- Free furnished accommodation and transportation.
- Annual vacation and paid air ticket.
- Family status visa eligibility upon completion of 2 years of satisfactory service.
- Duty hours from 7 am to 5 pm or 48 hours per week, with Fridays as a full day off and Saturdays as a half day off.
- Overtime will be provided for additional work.
