Production Operator

Responsibilities
- Operate syrup line equipment including mixing tanks, pumps, valves, and filtration units.
- Accurately follow batch recipes and formulations for syrup production.
- Ensure proper handling and mixing of raw materials according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor equipment performance and product quality during production.
- Perform routine checks and inspections to detect equipment issues or deviations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
- Complete all production documentation logs and batch records accurately and on time.
- Report any abnormalities, deviations, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
- Support inventory management by tracking raw material usage and reporting shortages.
- Carry out other activities as and when required by the reporting manager.
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Good mechanical ability and troubleshooting skills.
- Competence in using production documentation and batch records.
- Reliability and punctuality.
