Responsibilities
- Identify manpower requirements based on production plans
- Raise manpower requisitions for new hires
- Coordinate with the HR department for recruitment activities
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial interviews for operators, technicians and production staff
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience and attitude
- Plan and conduct new employee induction and orientation

- 3-7 years experience in sandwich panel manufacturing company.
