Job DescriptionJob Title:
Production Manager
Industry: Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities- Full management of aluminium and uPVC windows and doors production.
- Production planning and workforce allocation.
- Manage cutting, welding, assembly, glass, and accessories processes.
- Monitor CNC machines and production equipment.
- Follow up on quality, waste, and productivity.
- Coordinate with sales, installation teams, sites, and logistics.
- Follow up on customer complaints.
- Manage materials and inventory.
- Monitor safety procedures and operational reports.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience
- Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in:
Mechanical Engineering
Production Engineering - Industrial Engineering
Direct experience in manufacturing aluminum and uPVC windows and doors.
Experience managing a factory or production department. - Language: Basic English.
