Production Manager

Triol is an international company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and supply of low- and medium-voltage variable frequency drives, integrated drive systems, and related electrical equipment for industrial and energy markets worldwide.

With more than 30 years of experience in the power electronics market, Triol delivers a full cycle of solutions - from R&D and production to sales, implementation, and service. Our production sites and representative offices are located in Poland, US, Ukraine, Colombia, Mexico, UAE, Egypt, Oman, Indonesia and China, with over 15,000 successful implementations across the world.

We are looking for a Production Manager to lead our local representative office and assembly/facility operations in Muscat.

This is a hands-on, generalist management role overseeing a compact local team and a small-scale assembling facility. You will act as the key operational driver on site, combining production coordination, facility management, and warehouse/logistics oversight.

This role is ideal for an operational lead used to managing small-to-mid-sized facilities or regional technical hubs, rather than large-scale industrial plants.

• Manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency and achievement of production, quality, and delivery targets.
• Coordinate daily assembly and production schedules on site, while directly supervising local technical and operational staff.
• Keep all technical and operational documentation organized and up to date.
• Oversee site infrastructure, manage contracts with local utility providers (electricity, gas, water), and arrange routine facility maintenance.
• Maintain strict compliance with HSE standards, electrical safety, and fire safety regulations, serving as the main contact for local authorities and audits.
• Manage local warehouse operations, storage planning, inventory control, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics suppliers.

• Degree in Engineering, Petroleum, or a related technical domain.
• 5+ years of operational, facility, or production management experience in an industrial environment (ideally within electrical equipment manufacturing or assembly).
• Hands-on experience leading teams of up to 30 people and managing facility infrastructure.
• Strong independence and ability to handle operational priorities as well as local client and partner relationships.
• Experience in production start-up, process development, or scaling up manufacturing operations would be a strong advantage.
• Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our new facility in the Rusayl Industrial Estate (Seeb, Oman). We offer the opportunity to take charge of a brand-new operational site within an expanding global business, with transparent performance evaluations and opportunities for career growth.

Dynamic role combining client-facing and operational responsibilities. Opportunity to work in an international business environment.

Location:

7 Rusayl Industrial Estate, Seeb 124, Oman
