Responsibilities- Develop the full marketing strategy aligned with company goals, growth opportunities, and industry trends.
- Build annual and quarterly marketing action plans, including digital, physical, and partnership-driven campaigns.
- Align marketing strategy with business development plans and emerging AAM/logistics opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics, ROI indicators, and customerengagement.
- Lead the development and enhancement of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency acrossall communication channels.
- Produce high-quality marketing materials (brochures, pitch decks, videos, case studies) supporting client engagements and proposals.
- Ensure strong brand representation in national/international forums, exhibitions, and strategicprograms.
- Support leadership in building corporate thought leadership in AAM, drone logistics, and emergingtechnologies.
- Create engaging contentincluding social media posts, articles, animations, videos, case studies, andpress releases.
- Plan, schedule, and execute media releases, social media campaigns, and online visibility programs.
- Manage company’sdigital platforms and analytics tools to increase engagement and audiencereach.
- Work with Business Development teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial pipelines and partnership discussions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Technical, and AAM teams to create accurate, technical‑aligned content for client presentations and promotions.
- Support strategic partnerships and brand‑related MoUs/MoCs through communication assets.
- Work with Market Intelligence Specialists to understand market needs, competitor landscape, andemerging technology trends.
- Translate market insights into marketing opportunities, positioning statements, and client‑focusedmessages.
- Maintain structuredcontent libraries, media archives, and campaign trackers.
- Prepare monthlymarketing performance reports and insights dashboards for leadership review.
- Follow documentation and approval processes for all marketing and media releases.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Internship to 2 years experience in marketing.
- Experience in content creation, brand development, and digital marketing (preferred).
- Experience in technology,logistics, or aviation industries is an advantage.
- Strong content creationability (visual, written, digital).
- Good understanding of brand management and campaign execution.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
- Creativity, storytelling,and communication excellence.
- Ability to translatetechnical information into client‑friendly marketing content.
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
