SERB, Oman's national UTM platform, is looking for the person who makes marketing actually happen, on brand, on time, across every channel.
This is a hands‑on delivery role, not a strategy seat. You'll own the marketing calendar, run all our social channels end‑to‑end, coordinate designers and content creators, cover our events before/during/after, and manage vendors, and be measured on what ships and what it drives, not on likes and followers.
What you'll do:- Execute campaigns end‑to‑end and own the marketing calendar
- Manage all social platforms, publishing, community, analytics
- Coordinate creatives, vendors, and event coverage
- Engage our community in brand voice (Arabic & English)
- 2+ years in hands‑on marketing execution or social media management
- Strong copywriting in Arabic and English (both mandatory)
- Organised, deadline‑driven, and calm juggling parallel campaigns
- Bonus: startup/regulated‑industry experience or familiarity with the drone/UAV ecosystem
