Head of Marketing

The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning, increase market awareness, generate business opportunities, and support the achievement of SCT's strategic objectives. The role oversees corporate branding, digital marketing, communications, marketing campaigns, events, and market intelligence while ensuring alignment with the company's vision and business development goals.

• Conduct Market Analysis - Obtain a deep understanding of the needs, transitions and opportunities in the market, both in business and in technology domains. Implement marketing plan based on Principal product information; ensure that all marketing and promotional activity is in line with principal requirements and within budget.
• Implement Marketing Strategies:
  Planning and implementing marketing. This may include creating or altering brand images, reaching out to a new target audience and creating a budget to cover all necessary expenses.
• Brand & Media Plan Development:
  Collaborate in creating and executing launch plans for products/services ,Leads branding, positioning, naming and messaging of new products. Represent the company in Domestic and International event, by participating as speaker in Panels, or showcasing the company
• Manage Digital Media Platforms:
  By increasing the exposure through the digital media platforms, keeping active accounts, with reasonable engagements
• Networking & Performance:
  Network with assigned local business, Media, and other parties that of an interest and a benefit to the marketing of the company. Evaluate the performance of each marketing method and it s effectiveness.
• Managing Marketing intelligence:
  By following the market updates on Competition, operators ,Vendors, ecosystems etc.

• People Management & Development Act a team member by supporting other departments on their work issues within the agreed framework. Develop and coach employees reporting to the position and suggest training to cover the gaps Manage & supervise the team as manager, and contribute in setting individual KPIs Establish and maintain effective work relationship between company, consultants and other entities Support the Management in other areas of development as and when requested.
• Policies, Systems & Processes Improvement Understand and follow the routes of communication as per the organization chart. Actively support the development and realization of a positive, value-centered culture focused on excellence. Adhere to the existing policies, systems & processes and strive for continuous improvement in alignment with agreed framework.
• HSE Compliance Work in line with HSE policy and ensure awareness and compliance of HSE rules and regulations.

  Qualification:
  
  Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Work Experience Minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing.
• Professional Certifications Professional certifications such as CIM, Digital Marketing Institute (DMI), Google Marketing Certifications, or equivalent are an advantage.
