Marketing Manger

Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and developing the company's marketing strategy for its real estate development projects to strengthen the corporate and project brands, enhance market presence, and support sales growth by generating high-quality leads. The role oversees all marketing activities, from market research and competitor analysis to project launches, campaign management, budget planning, and performance monitoring, while reflecting the company's values of Transparency, Agility, and Excellence
.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with the company's business and sales objectives.
• Conduct market research,competitor analysis, pricing studies, and customer insights to identify market opportunities and support business decisions.
• Lead the marketinglaunch of new real estate projects and ensure all marketing assets and materials are prepared before project launch
• Develop and manage the brand identity of each project while maintaining consistency with the company'scorporate identity.
• Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to maximizemarketing effectiveness.
• Oversee the company'swebsite, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels
• Manage the approved marketingbudget, allocate resources effectively, monitor spending, and submit recommendations for budget adjustments when necessary.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, develop teamcapabilities, and coordinate external agencies, freelancers, and vendorswhen required.
• Oversee the development of marketing content and promotional materials, including graphic designs,brochures, presentations, videos, photography, and other marketing assetswhile ensuring brand consistency and quality.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Department to provide marketing materials, improve lead quality, and support sales campaigns, events, and commercial activities.
• Monitor marketing performance using digital platforms and analytics tools, prepare periodic reports, and recommend improvements based on data and market insights.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence(AI) tools to enhance content creation, automate marketing processes,improve productivity, and support data-driven marketing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with the company's brand guidelines, marketing policies, and industry best practices across all marketing activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing,including experience leading marketing teams, preferably within the real estate development sector or a related industry.
• Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of branding,project launches, market analysis, and customer behavior.
• Proficiency in digital marketingtools, campaign management platforms, and analytics solutions such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems such as Odoo.
• Practical experience using
  
  Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve productivity, automatemarketing activities, support content creation, and enhance marketingperformance.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, agencies, freelancers, and external vendors.
• Excellent planning, project management, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
