Provide high-quality patient care, support doctors, and ensure smooth clinical operations in line with healthcare standards under Nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and assess patient conditions (vital signs, symptoms, medical history)
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
- Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are followed
- Coordinate with healthcare team for patient care plans
- Handle medical equipment safely and efficiently
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when required
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Valid license (e.g., MOH / DHA / OMSB depending on country)
- Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in shifts (including nights and weekends)
- Patient care and clinical knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking and decision-making
- Teamwork and coordination
- Compassion and empathy
- Rotational shifts (day/night)
- Hospital or clinical environment
- May involve standing for long hours
