Pest Control Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Pest Control Lead "Captain on the ground" to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and execute pest control operations across various environments, ensuring that our high standards of health and safety are consistently met. Your expertise will not only enhance the operational efficiency but also contribute to a positive pest management experience for all clients.

• Plan, execute, and supervise pest inspections, treatments, and prevention programs across assigned sites.
• Operate and maintain pesticide application equipment including sprayers, foggers, baiting, trapping and other techniques.
• Conduct pre- and post-treatment assessments to measure effectiveness and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Allocate tasks, schedule routes, and ensure timely completion of service orders.
• Perform quality audits of technician work and provide corrective feedback.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during site visits and follow-ups.
• Conduct initial site surveys and develop customized pest management programs for new clients.
• Document client feedback and ensure service satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records, treatment logs, and chemical usage reports.

• 3-6 years of experience in pest control operations.
• In-depth knowledge of pest control techniques, products, and equipment.

• Certification in pest control, facilities management or related fields.

• Detail-oriented in executing pest control tasks with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive in the line of duty, self-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
