Garden Landscape Maintenance

• Maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, hedges, trees and ornamental plants
• Perform regular mowing, trimming, edging, pruning and weeding
• Plant transplant and propagate flowers, trees, shrubs, and seasonal plants
• Monitor plant health and apply appropriate treatments for pests, diseases and nutrient deficiencies
• Maintain irrigation and watering systems to ensure optimal plant growth
• Apply fertilizers, compost, and soil conditioners as required

• Keep all outdoor areas clean, tidy, and free of debris
• Maintain pathways, driveways, courtyards, and garden features
• Ensure fountains, decorative planters, and landscape elements are clean and presentable
• Assist in seasonal landscaping projects and garden enhancements

• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely
• Conduct routine inspections and basic repairs of gardening equipment
• Store tools, fertilizers, and chemicals securely and according to safety regulations
• Follow health, safety and environmental guidelines at all times

• Monitor irrigation schedules and adjust according to weather conditions
• Identify and address plant diseases, pest infestations, and landscape issues promptly
• Maintain detailed records of plant treatments, fertilizer applications, and maintenance activities

• Assist with special events and outdoor preparations when required
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and external landscaping contractors
• Recommend improvements to landscaping and garden aesthetics

Minimum 3–5 years of gardening or landscaping experience, preferably in luxury residences, villas, estates, hotels, or resorts.

Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, plant care, and pest control.

Ability to operate landscaping equipment and gardening machinery.

Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Basic knowledge of irrigation maintenance and landscaping techniques.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good communication skills.

High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
