Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with Health Safety and Environmental HSE standards Monitor workplace safety and identify potential hazards Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions Organize and deliver HSE training and awareness programs Maintain HSE records reports and incident documentation Coordinate emergency response activities including fire drills Investigate incidents and support preventive measures Liaise with external authorities and stakeholders on HSE matters Collect and analyze safety data to improve HSE performance Provide timely support and guidance on HSE-related matters
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent. Knowledge of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System). Strong understanding of hazard identification, risk assessment, and accident investigation.
Excellent training, coaching, and communication skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
