- Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process
- Ensure implementation and adherence to defined quality standards and procedures
- Conduct in-process and final product inspections as per specifications
- Handle quality inspection testing measurement and reporting activities
- Maintain ISO IMS documentation records and procedures
- Support internal external customer and certification audits
- Coordinate with production teams to identify and reduce defects
- Prepare quality reports inspection records NCRs and corrective action reports
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis RCA for quality issues and customer complaints
- Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions CAPA
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and company quality standards
- Monitor process and product quality trends and support continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate quality records using MS Excel and ERP
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures on the shop floor

- ERP Problem Solving Process Improvement Team Coordination Good Communication Skills 5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer, Quality Executive, or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of quality control processes and inspection systems. Strong understanding of ISO IMS (9001, 14001, 45001) documentation and audit procedures . Practical knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and CAPA . Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team. Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
