A well reputed real estate developer in Oman is looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Representative to join their sales team - ( Females only )

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
• Offer professional advice and guidance on property buying and investment opportunities
• Generate and follow up on leads toexpand the client base
• Develop and maintain a strongprofessional network to foster business opportunities
• Stay well-informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings
• Provide clients with accurate andup-to-date market information
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty
• Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits for clients to help them visualize their potentialinvestment
• Facilitate the timely closure of property deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed

• Russian, Arabic (Lebanese, Tunissian, Moroccan, Syrian ) & Farsi (Iraninan) speakersonly
• minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience in Real Estate, Fashion, Luxury Retails, Aviation or Hospitality.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Exhibits a strong passion for salesand delivering exceptional customer service.
• Salary up to 1000 OMR.
• 30 Annual leaves yearly excluding Oman Public holidays.
