Responsibilities- As Room Service Waitress you need to ensure the effective delivery of in-room dining services to guests of the hotel.
- Ensure the in-room dining service is delivered in line with the brand service standards, orders are delivered on time after being thoroughly checked, and that tray clearance is done quickly.
- Fully participate in departmental training sessions to improve personal skills and service levels.
- Interact with guests in an upbeat and friendly manner in order to maximize satisfaction and capitalize on the returns to the hotel.
- High School diploma
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant role
- Passion for teamwork
- Excellent guest service skills
