In this role, you will oversee meal production, maintain hygiene standards, and train kitchen staff to meet food safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a higher secondary certificate, catering skills, and at least 2 years of relevant experience in a flight kitchen or 4/5-star hotel.
This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
