Entry-Level Barista

As an entry-level barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and espresso beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, taking customer orders, and handling cash transactions. Previous experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training on coffee preparation techniques and customer service. We are looking for someone with a passion for coffee who is willing to learn and grow in this fast-paced environment.

This position is open to candidates without experience, as well as those in need of visa sponsorship. If you are enthusiastic about coffee and enjoy working in a team-oriented atmosphere, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

• Prepare a variety of coffees and espresso-based drinks according to company standards
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and handling complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
• Participate in training sessions to improve your skills as a barista

• Passion for coffee with a desire to learn more about the industry
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Must have own transportation or reliable transportation arrangements
• Visa sponsorship available for non-Omani candidates without experience
