Indian Restaurant Manager in Muscat, Oman

Our busy Indian restaurant in Muscat is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
• Train and supervise restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service
• Create and maintain a positive work environment for all employees
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and high standards
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
• Manage vendor relationships for supplies and equipment
• Keep track of financial records, such as sales reports, inventory levels, and expenses

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cultural practices
• Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and P&L analysis
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must have a valid passport for international travel
