• Culinary Excellence:
  Prepare and cook authentic cold and hot Lebanese mezze,kibbeh, mixed grills, stews, and traditional desserts in line withfive-star hotel standards.
• Menu Development:
  Assist the Executive Chef in designing and updatingseasonal Levantine menus, buffet displays, and promotional events.
• Quality &Consistency:
  Monitor food taste,portion control, plate presentation, and temperature compliance during every service
• Hygiene &Sanitation:
  Maintain strict adherence to HACCP guidelines, Omani municipality food safety regulations, and kitchen cleanliness
• Inventory& Cost Control:
  Supervise stock levels, rotate inventory, minimizefood waste, and assist with precise ingredient ordering.
• Team Leadership:
  Train, mentor, and schedule junior kitchen staff andcommis chefs to build a cohesive, high-performing culinary unit.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 7 years of professional kitchen experience focusing strictly on Lebanese/Oriental cuisine, with at least 3 years in a luxury hotel orupscale restaurant environment.
• Education:
  
  Culinary arts degree or recognized professional kitchen/hospitalitycertification.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Deep mastery of Levantine flavor profiles, authentic spiceblends, and modern plating techniques.
• Safety Knowledge:
  Certified or fully knowledgeable in HACCP and internationalfood safety protocols.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong communication skills in English;
  Arabic language proficiency is a distinct advantage.
