Our client in is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retails Sales Executive for showroom sales. The ideal candidate would be of Omani Nationality and has a strong background in Retail sale
- Conduct sales & ensure that the sales targets are met.
- Take accountabilities for all stocks pertaining to thePOS and maintain records related to stocks to ensure that there are nostock discrepancies.
- Greet customers, identify their needs,direct/brief/assist customers with the products they show interest in, and demonstrate the use of the product.
- Answer customer queries, customer complaints while on shift, and ensure that customer complaints are resolvedwithin the time frames set.
- Maintain dress code as perbrand’s/company’s guidelines. Ensure proper decorum within the area offunction which includes speaking politely to each & every customer whovisits the POS, not using the phone when there are no customers unless itrelates to an official matter/query.
- Maintain attendance as per Company Roster& Mall timings/guidelines.
- Ensure that products arearranged/displayed as per Brand guidelines.
- Maintain knowledge of Brand’s product line up &sales/promotions run by competition within the Mall or in other hypermarkets.
- Invoicing, receiving and processing cash or creditpayment on a daily basis. Ensuring that all cash receivables tally against the sales closed for the day.
- Follow up on all watches given for service till thesewatches are repaired & handed over back to the customer.
- Maintain a data baseof all customer queries/feedback through systems & analyse/evaluate thisdata/sales trends on a timely basis to suggest ways of increasing POSsales/productivity with the support of the immediate Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School or Degree plus experience in this industry
Minimum Experience:
2-3 Years minimum inretail field
Skills:
- Ability to work both independently and asper of a team
- Punctual and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
