The role ensures smooth execution of retail activities, strong stock and waste management, workforce engagement, and delivery of a high‑quality customer experience. In addition, the Store Manager develops second‑line leaders to strengthen long‑term operational capability.

- Ensure adequate staffing and resource availability to support customer flow throughout the store.
- Train and develop store teams to meet customer requirements and deliver strong operational performance.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in retail store management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven team development and people management capability.
- Skilled in negotiation, problem‑solving, and decision‑making.
- Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach to operational challenges.
