Job Responsibilities
- Assisting customers at the counter by providing product information and offering suggestions based on their requirements.
- Maintaining the cash register and processing sales transactions.
- Sorting and stocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels.
- Providing excellent customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving complaints.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
- Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer‑facing role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with basic POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Strong communication skills in Bengali, with basic English proficiency preferred.
- Adept at multitasking and working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrates a friendly, approachable, and customer‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting.
- Trustworthy and reliable, with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new product lines and sales techniques.
- Must be a Bangladeshi national, legally authorized to work in the country.
