- Floral Arrangement & Design
- Create attractive:
Bouquets - Floral arrangements
- Event decorations
- Gift floral packaging
- Design floral displays based on customer requirements and occasions
- Maintain creativity and presentation standards
- Create attractive:
- Flower & Plant Handling
- Ensure proper handling and preservation of flowers and plants
- Maintain freshness and quality standards
- Monitor storage and care procedures for floral products
- Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Assist customers with floral selection and customization
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide recommendations based on occasions and preferences
- Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain stock records of flowers, wrapping materials, and accessories
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Ensure proper storage and waste minimization
- Packaging & Presentation
- Handle wrapping, packaging, and decorative presentation professionally
- Ensure products are prepared neatly and delivered on time
- Floral Arrangement & Design
- Plant & Flower Knowledge
- Preservation & Handling Techniques
- Wrapping & Packaging Skills
- Inventory & Stock Management
- Customer Relationship Management
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Florist or Floral Designer
Communication SkillsFluent communication skills required
Language RequirementsEnglish
