We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandise
r to enhance the presentation of furniture and home décor products across retail showrooms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating attractive product displays, improving customer experience, and ensuring the showroom reflects the brand image while maximizing sales opportunities.
- Create inspiring room settings and lifestyle displays that enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Ensure showroom layouts are visually appealing, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Coordinate product placement, display rotations, and seasonal merchandising changes.
- Arrange furniture and accessories to highlight product features, functionality, and design concepts.
- Monitor stock levels on display and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for replenishment.
- Maintain visual standards, cleanliness, and presentation quality throughout the showroom.
- Develop promotional displays and support marketing campaigns, sales events, and new product launches.
- Analyze customer shopping behavior and sales trends to optimize product positioning.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve customer engagement and increase sales conversions.
- Ensure all pricing tags, promotional materials, and signage are accurate and updated.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experienc
e as a Visual Merchandiser in the furniture, home furnishing, or retail industry. - Strong understanding of showroom planning, space utilization, and visual display techniques.
- Proficiency in design and presentation software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrato
r is preferred. - Excellent creativity with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Experience in large-format furniture retail showrooms is highly preferred.
