Responsibilities and Duties

Customer Sales & Service – Assist customers at fuel stations or Ahlain stores, handle cash, card, and digital payments, and provide friendly customer service.

Fuel Station Operations (if assigned) – Support fuel dispensing operations, guide customers at pump areas, and ensure smooth traffic flow at the station.

Retail Store Management (Ahlain outlets) – Sell snacks, drinks, and convenience items, arrange shelves, maintain product display, and monitor stock levels while reporting shortages.

Cash Handling & Billing – Operate POS systems (cash register), issue receipts, manage daily sales records, and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.

Cleanliness & Station Maintenance – Maintain cleanliness of the shop and station area, follow hygiene and safety standards, and ensure a customer‑friendly environment.

Customer Support & Upselling – Promote OOMCO services (loyalty cards, offers), help customers with queries, and encourage repeat business.

Compensation

From RO450.000 per month.
