Role Description The Florist role at Green Home Oman is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Muscat. The Florist will design and create flower arrangements and plant‑based decorations for retail displays, corporate clients and special occasions, ensuring products meet company standards for quality and style. Day‑to‑day tasks include selecting and preparing flowers and plants, arranging bouquets and centerpieces, styling indoor plant displays, and maintaining the freshness and presentation of stock.
The Florist will interact with customers to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and customize designs while supporting merchandising, store presentation and coordination for events and installations. The role involves close collaboration with the sales team and plant technicians to deliver cohesive solutions and an excellent customer experience.

- Basic inventory handling skills and attention to detail in product presentation and store cleanliness.
