We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Muscat Oman As a Merchandiser Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising operations of our company in Muscat The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of merchandisers and ensuring the timely and efficient placement of products in stores

• Supervise and manage a team of merchandisers to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and sales
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to plan product displays and promotions
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock in stores
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper implementation of merchandising plans
• Train new merchandisers on company standards policies and procedures
• Communicate with store managers to address any issues or concerns related to product placement or displays
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for future merchandising strategies

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role with at least 1 year in a supervisory position
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

The salary for this position is 1100$ per month

This role is based in Muscat Oman Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates
