Merchandiser - Urgent Hiring

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Muscat As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase product visibility and sales You will work closely with sales teams suppliers and retail stores to ensure optimal placement and presentation of products

• Develop merchandising plans and strategies to maximize product exposure and sales
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers for timely delivery of products
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify market trends and consumer needs
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure product placement pricing and promotions are in line with company standards
• Train retail store staff on product knowledge and merchandising guidelines
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers retail stores and other stakeholders

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proven track record of successful merchandising strategies
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position
