We are currently hiring a Cashier for our retail store in Muscat Oman. This position is open to both Indian and Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English and looking for employment opportunities without any prior experience. As a Cashier you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Scan items and process payments using the cash register
- Ensure accurate counting and recording of daily cash sales
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong numerical ability
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds if needed
- Competitive salary of 1100$ per month
