Merchandiser Retail Store

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Merchandiser to join our team at a retail store in Muscat Oman As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for ensuring that the stores merchandise is displayed in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales and customer satisfaction

• Plan and execute merchandise layouts and displays according to company guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish products as needed
• Keep track of sales trends and adjust displays accordingly
• Collaborate with buyers to select new products and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain visual standards of the store by regularly cleaning and arranging displays
• Train and supervise other merchandising staff as needed
• Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitors products

• High school diploma or equivalent degree in business marketing or related field preferred
• Prior experience in merchandising or retail environment is an asset but not required
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and vendors
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
