Junior Merchandiser; Pakistani Nationals

We are seeking a Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Muscat Oman. As a Junior Merchandiser you will be responsible for assisting the senior merchandiser in planning and coordinating product assortments, managing inventory levels and analyzing sales data to make informed buying decisions. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Pakistani nationality preferred
• Fluent in English
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with retail buying processes and inventory management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid visa for working in Oman

• Assist senior merchandiser with product assortment planning and purchasing decisions based on sales data and market trends
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or clearance of slow-moving items
• Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales and operations to maintain alignment on product strategies
• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities
• Support the development of pricing strategies
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales invoices and pricing information

Salary 900$ per month negotiable based on experience
