Retail Store Manager at MUMUSO General Trading LLC (Westlake Group) in Muscat, MA, OM.

The role holder is responsible for managing and driving sales for the store through efficient store operations, visual merchandising, customer service delivery, motivation and retention of store personnel in adherence to Mumuso norms. The job holder is also responsible for managing and coaching the store team.

• The Store Manager will be responsible to plan and direct the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Ensure sales targets are achieved by driving sales and services, store operations and product management through the team
• Set team objectives and the means to measure them.
• Define and monitor each team member’s assignment and responsibilities in line with the focus areas using KPI’s such as ATV, IPC and conversion rates.
• Analyze commercial report on a weekly basis through department report and take necessary actions to maximize sales.
• Plan any upcoming sale and promotional activity and ensures availability of stock, permit, layout and manpower in line with the store requirement and sales targets.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Communicates stock replenishment needs to Operations Manager, Distribution and Buying departments.
• Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.
• Participate in new concept review and in new stores opening.
• Ability to make good judgement and quick decisions.

• Bachelors Degree or similar field.
• Proven experience as retail store manager in FASHION retail.
• Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success.
• Candidates must be currently in OMAN.
