Florist Assistant

As a Florist Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the lead florist in arranging and designing floral displays for various occasions such as weddings, events, and daily orders. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist lead florist in preparing and arranging flowers according to customer preferences and specifications
• Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
• Ensure all floral arrangements are well-maintained and presented beautifully
• Receive and process orders from customers, including taking payments if necessary
• Help with deliveries to customers or event venues as needed
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service at all times

• Previous experience working as a florist or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions is required
• Creativity and attention to detail are essential for this role
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be physically fit as this job may involve standing for long periods of time
• Indian nationality preferred
• Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
• Part-time position (flexible hours)
• Own visa required (no sponsorship provided)
• No English language requirement
