We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused and hands-on
Retail Sales Executive
to join our team at our pet store in Muscat.

The role will primarily focus on
retail sales and customer service
, along with supporting the store team with order packing and Q-commerce orders.

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable pet food, treats, accessories and other products.
• Actively promote products, offers, new arrivals and Maryam’s Pet subscription programs.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products based on customer and pet requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain good knowledge of the products and brands available in-store.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns professionally.
• Maintain excellent standards of store presentation, cleanliness and product displays.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns professionally.
• Maintain excellent standards of store presentation, cleanliness and product displays.

• Assist with packing and preparing online orders received by the store.
• Pick and check products against customer orders to ensure accuracy.
• Pack orders securely and ensure they are ready for dispatch.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and ensure orders are handed over on time.
• Ensure orders are processed efficiently and pushed out for delivery within the required timeframe.

• Manage incoming
  Talabat orders
  received by the store.
• Pick, check and pack Talabat orders accurately.
• Ensure orders are ready for collection by Talabat delivery riders.
• Coordinate with riders and handle basic order-related issues when required.
• Minimize delays, errors and order cancellations.

• Assist with receiving, checking, labeling and organizing stock.
• Maintain well-stocked and attractive product displays.
• Assist with stock counts and report low-stock or fast-moving products.
• Operate the POS system and process customer payments accurately.
• Assist with store promotions, events and marketing activities when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming store environment.

• Previous experience in
  retail sales or customer service
  preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident and comfortable approaching customers.
• Sales-oriented with the ability to upsell and cross-sell.
• Good English communication skills. Arabic is an advantage.
