Cashier, Retail

Responsible for handling daily cashiering and payment transactions, ensuring accurate cash management, reconciliation, and excellent customer service while following company policies and financial controls.

• Process cash, card, cheque, bank transfer, gift card, and voucher transactions through POS.
• Manage daily cashier floats and complete cash/teller reconciliation accurately, Zero/low cash discrepancies
• Prepare and coordinate cash and cheque bank deposits.
• Manage and maintain petty cash and cash withdrawal records.
• Maintain accurate staff/customer gift card and Air Miles voucher trackers.
• Support cashier shift and roster management.
• Capture and maintain accurate customer details in the system.
• Handle customer payment-related queries and provide professional service.
• Identify and report cash/POS discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.
• Follow all company procedures related to cash handling, POS, security, and financial controls.

• 2–6 years of experience in cashiering, cash management, retail, or customer service.
• Higher Secondary, Diploma, or Graduate qualification.
• Good knowledge of POS systems and MS Excel.
• Strong numerical, coordination, follow-up, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good communication skills in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience in electronics/retail operations will be an added advantage.
