As a Beauty Advisor at KIKO Milano Oman, you’ll create memorable customer experiences, share your beauty expertise, and help customers discover products that make them feel their best. • Welcome customers and create a warm, positive shopping experience.
• Understand their needs and recommend the right products for their beauty routine.
• Share your knowledge of makeup, skincare, and KIKO Milano products.
• Demonstrate products and help customers discover new looks and techniques.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Introduce customers to new launches, collections, and promotions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage loyalty.
• Keep up with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain high standards across the sales floor, displays, and testers.
• Work closely with the team to deliver an excellent store experience.

• Omani nationality is required.
• Fluent Arabic and English are required.
• Passion for beauty, makeup, and skincare.
• Previous experience in beauty or retail is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident, positive, and sales-driven personality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good product knowledge and a genuine interest in beauty trends.
• Strong team player with a professional appearance.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
