We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in managing daily wholesale and retail store operations
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily store operations and support sales performance
- Drive sales and achieve store targets
- Manage inventory
- stock control and replenishment
- Supervise
- train and motivate store staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer issues
- Monitor billing
- cash handling and POS operations
- Ensure store cleanliness
- safety
- hygiene and compliance
- Coordinate with finance and inventory teams for accurate reporting and reconciliation
- Hypermarket experience Mandatory 5 8 years of experience in retail/wholesale store management .
- FMCG experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of sales, inventory and stock control.
- Proficiency in POS / ERP and MS Office .
- Microsoft Dynamics experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays.
