- Supervising domestic staff - domestic helpers
Creating schedules
Be the primary point of contact for all household matters addressing issues promptly and efficiently offering solutions Ensuring high standards of work and conduct Overseeing daily routines and ensuring the household runs efficiently Managing inventory and ordering household supplies Ensuring proper maintenance of the home cleanliness organization function Scheduling and overseeing repairs renovations and regular maintenance Tracking household expenses Handling petty cash and reimbursements Organize and maintain Madam s wardrobe seasonal rotation closet organization laundry and repairs Coordinate with dry cleaners and tailors Assist with packing unpacking for travel and shopping for new items as needed - Assisting with Travel packing
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required;
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing high-end properties or private residences.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is highly advantageous, showcasing an understanding of exceptional service standards.
- Must possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with high-profile individuals and staff.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed, demonstrating commitment and dedication.
