Software Sales Specialist
Experience: 2–4 Years

Role Overview :
We are looking for a Software Sales Specialist to drive sales of enterprise software solutions in the Oman market
. The role involves identifying prospects, managing the sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Oman market
- Sell software solutions such as ERP / CRM / HCM / SaaS products
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer data in CRM
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with pre‑sales, implementation, and support teams
- Build long‑term relationships with clients and partners
- 2–4 years of experience in software / IT solution sales
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes
- Experience selling ERP / CRM / HCM / SaaS products preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand business needs and map software solutions
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and result‑focused
- Experience working with CRM tools
- Knowledge of the Oman / GCC market is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- MBA / Marketing qualification is a plus
