Role Overview :

We are looking for a Software Sales Specialist to drive sales of enterprise software solutions in the Oman market
. The role involves identifying prospects, managing the sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Oman market
• Sell software solutions such as ERP / CRM / HCM / SaaS products
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer data in CRM
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with pre‑sales, implementation, and support teams
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and partners

• 2–4 years of experience in software / IT solution sales
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes
• Experience selling ERP / CRM / HCM / SaaS products preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand business needs and map software solutions
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and result‑focused
• Experience working with CRM tools
• Knowledge of the Oman / GCC market is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• MBA / Marketing qualification is a plus
