We are looking for a results-driven sales professional who excels at identifying, creating, and closing new business opportunities. Through a consultative sales approach, the ideal candidate will understand customer needs, qualify leads effectively, and convert them into long-term partnerships with both new existing customers
Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales targets by brand, by customer, by item
- Meet the collection expectations
- Achieve the required availability and visibility for the assigned customers
- Coordinate with the merchandisers and supervisor to achieve the company goals
- Develop the customers loyalty
- 2 years experience in FMCG sales or merchandising in Oman
- Graduate degree, MBA is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills
- Planning skills
- Valid Omani driving License
