We are a reputable hotel group in Muscat seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Collaborate with other departments to develop attractive packages and promotions to increase sales
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Manage the sales team providing coaching and support to ensure their success
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance market trends and client feedback for management review
- Attend industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to promote the hotels services
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Familiarity with the local market and industry trends
- Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field is preferred
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
This position is in Muscat. However we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are currently residing in Oman.
We offer visa sponsorship for this position.
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm from Sunday to Thursday. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for industry events or client meetings.
