Al Sifa Trading LLC one of the leading metal recycling and scrap processing companies in the Sultanate of Oman is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to drive industrial scrap procurement and business development across Oman.
The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial sales, procurement, B2B marketing, business development or scrap trading with the ability to build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities through daily visits to industrial clients across Oman
- Procure ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap from industrial companies
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Identify upcoming shutdowns, demolition projects, plant expansions, maintenance contracts and industrial developments
- Promote Al Sifa Trading's metal recycling, scrap procurement and industrial waste management services
- Conduct site inspections and assess scrap generation opportunities
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, business correspondence and procurement agreements
- Negotiate commercial terms and close procurement contracts
- Coordinate with Operations for smooth project execution after contract award
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and metal scrap pricing
- Submit daily visit reports and weekly business development reports

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related discipline.
- 2–5 years of Oman experience in:
Industrial Sales, B2B Sales, Procurement, Business Development, Metal Scrap Trading, Industrial Marketing, Waste Management - Valid Oman Driving Licence (Mandatory).
- Age between 25–35 years.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively across Oman.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
